Reflect & Replenish: An End of Year Journaling Circle
Because life is all kinds of hard right now and we need to refuel.
If you’re approaching the end of the year with your head spinning and your heart feeling tender then know this: you are not alone.
The world seems especially weighty right now and many of us are struggling to make some semblance of sense from it all.
And still there is hope. Still there is possibility.
Coming together in community to reflect upon our experiences can be a cathartic way of processing and honoring the current year while also creating space for the next one.
Reflect and Replenish: An End of Year Journaling Circle is a space for you to gain clarity, create closure where possible, and get curious about what the next chapter might hold for you.
Why journaling?
Journaling is more than just putting pen to paper; it’s a gateway to self-discovery, understanding and growth. It allows us to reflect on our emotions and experiences, and nurture our mental wellbeing. With journaling, we create a space for exploration, insight and healing.
What to Expect
In this immersive gathering, led by Jena Schwartz and Skylar Liberty Rose, you'll embark on a guided journey to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the year to come. Through thought-provoking prompts, you’ll get closer to what’s asking for your care and attention. You’ll explore what’s true for you now, and pave the way for what you hope to be true for you next.
Key Benefits:
🔸 Reflect: An opportunity to pause and acknowledge what 2023 has held for you, from achievements to challenges.
🔸 Release: It’s hard to move on if you’re holding on tightly to old ideas and past experiences. Letting go of what’s no longer needed can help free up emotional space and offer room for a fresh perspective.
🔸 Replenish: There’s nothing quite like the collective and creative energy of a supportive group to help you replenish your reserves. You’ll share space with a warm, encouraging circle of others who are on their own journey and want to cheer you on with yours.
When and where this event is:
We’ll gather on Zoom on Sunday 10th December between 12-1.30pm ET. Join from anywhere in the world as we come together in circle to reflect, release, and replenish.
The call will be recorded so there is the option to watch the replay if you cannot attend the live event.

What this circle isn’t:
A “New Year, New You” gathering that centers toxic positivity and the idea that our lives and experiences can fit into tidy little boxes. The human experience is messy and we aren’t going to pretend that it isn’t.
What this circle is:
A group of people who understand that, at a time when little else other than ending violence and terror seems to matter, self-reflection and community support have to matter because everything is connected and our actions ripple out everywhere. Laying the foundation to move forward in our lives with integrity and intention is never time wasted.
We want you to leave the workshop feeling as though you’ve finally taken an exhale.
